I have directed one documentary feature, one web series, and several short form projects.
Doc feature The Organizer, made in collaboration with Sundial Pictures (Jiro Dreams of Sushi, Obvious Child, Amazing Grace), is the story of Wade Rathke, the controversial community organizer and founder of ACORN. It was completed in 2017 and screened at two dozen film festivals across the US and Europe, winning five 'Best Documentary' awards. It was subsequently picked up for distribution in North America by Grasshopper Film and had theatrical runs in New Orleans and New York before its release on VOD in March 2019.
Recently I directed Field Notes, an 8-episode documentary web-series about photographers and the changing environments in which they work, which was which was commissioned by the Luminous Landscape (one of the oldest photography sites on the web) and released through 2019 and 2020.
I have also directed music videos, documentary shorts, and online content for academic and non-profit organizations, and have worked as a writer and producer on a number of the projects I've edited.
I am currently developing several documentary and narrative projects while continuing to work as a freelance film editor.
